A statement by State Commissioner for Information and Civic Guidance, Funke Egbemode, on behalf of the governor and state government, said the attack was a barbaric, vicious and unprovoked assault on people. innocent people.

Expressing his sympathy to the families of those killed in the attack, and in particular to the Ondo Catholic Diocese and the state government, Oyetola assured his Ondo State counterpart, Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, of support. of Osun.
