LRS expands into central Illinois with acquisition of Doty Sanitation
BEECHER CITY, Ill. — LRSone of the leading independent providers of waste diversion, recycling and portable services in the United States, today announced the acquisition of the Beecher City, Illinois-based company. Doty Sanitation, a well-respected provider of residential, commercial and salvage services in central Illinois; financial terms were not disclosed and the acquisition is effective immediately.
Founded in 1980, with one truck and one employee by Daniel Doty, Sr., Doty Sanitation thrives today thanks to the second generation of family leaders: David and Nicole Doty. The company’s service footprint spans across central Illinois, from Pocahontas to Arcola, and will serve as an important platform for continued growth.

The acquisition of Doty Sanitation is LRS’ ninth to date in 2022. Other announcements include: AirFresh Industries, based in Stillwater, Minnesota; JL Hurt, based in Warsaw, Indiana; Grayslake, Illinois-based Lakes Drain; The Country Plumber, based in Portage, Wisconsin; Ditch & Associates, based in Topeka, Kansas; Sunshine Sanitation, based in Rochester, Minnesota; Chicago-based Auburn elimination; and South Bend, Indiana-based Junoll Services.
In 2021, the company raised 22 purchases to complement its organic revenue growth in the country’s midsection.
