New members join Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty

Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty is growing.

Brokers / owners Burt and Emily Wilkins, along with Pete Madden, have announced the addition of several new members to Goldcoast Sotheby’s in Ocean City.

The new agents are at different stages of their real estate careers and help provide the expertise and commitment to service that Goldcoast Sotheby’s is known for, according to a press release.

The Dwyer group – Jennifer Dwyer, Kimberly Beckmann and Jill Nuss – have joined the ranks of Goldcoast.

Dwyer was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia and graduated from Temple University. She brings a 20 year entrepreneurial career to Ocean City, operating a number of successful Boardwalk businesses. She said she was confident her expertise in listing and selling investments and residential real estate would lend itself well to Goldcoast Sotheby’s.

Beckmann is new to real estate and excited to use her interests in interior design, architecture and landscape to build her real estate portfolio.

She has enjoyed raising four children for the past 20 years and looks forward to her next adventure – helping other families begin their adventure at America’s largest family resort, the statement said.

Nuss started his career in ophthalmology and after 20 years moved to Ocean City to start a new challenge in the real estate field.

But her desire to help people has remained unwavering, viewing her clients as patients and taking responsibility for meeting their needs and helping them with the decision-making process, the statement said.

Kevin McGonigle, who grew up in Ocean City and is an 18-year real estate veteran, also joined Goldcoast as one of the top producers.

Over the years, McGonigle has continuously won the Circle of Excellence award and specializes in representing extraordinary properties and clients in Ocean City and Southern New Jersey.

Ladd-Liess Associates are another team that joined Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty.

Ryan Ladd and Brian Liess, both of Ocean City, have transformed their relationship from high school teammates to college roommates and, over the past eight years, into a successful business partnership. They have been recognized by the NJ Circle of Excellence with Bronze and Silver level awards in 2019 and 2020, respectively.

Angelique (Ang) Matlack is from Ocean City, a graduate of Ocean City High School and a member of the Goldcoast office staff since 2020. Growing up in real estate with her father as a broker, Matlack has developed a strong sense of construction. , interior design and the housing market.

After earning her license as a real estate agent, she goes from being a real estate agent to being a licensed real estate agent, where she hopes to bring her passion for all things Ocean City to those looking for their own slice of paradise, according to the press release.

Matlack has had the unique experience of watching Ocean City evolve over the years, continually finding new reasons to fall in love with his hometown. She hopes to share these reasons with future clients who want to buy, sell or rent.

Ollie Tomasello is another Ocean City high school graduate who joins Goldcoast Sotheby’s. After spending five years in California, Tomasello returned to his New Jersey roots where he transformed his experience in construction along the coast to an emerging career in real estate.

When not in the office, Tomasello can be found on the waters around Ocean City or in his family’s seventh generation vineyard in Hammonton. He uses his love and life of memories in Ocean City to help clients looking to create theirs.
