Norcia appeared with lead producer/host Carol Cain and spoke about DTE’s efforts to help those who can’t pay their utility bills, which is even worse during freezing temperatures.

He also discussed GM’s blockbuster announcement this week that they will invest $7 billion in Michigan factories and create thousands of new jobs tied to the electric future. Norcia participated in these conversations because DTE is the largest utility in the state.
