Simple subdivision Applicant: Terry Koelker – Buesing & Associates Location: 1363 Iowa Street Description: Subdivision resulting in a substandard lot with respect to density, lot coverage and rear setback volume standards. 2. Minor subdivision Applicant: Terry Koelker – Buesing & Associates Location: 1659 Iowa Street Description: Subdivision resulting in the creation of four substandard townhouse lots. F. PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. Modify quasi-judicial Planned Unit Development (PUD) Applicant: Patrick Norton Buesing & Associates Location: 255 John F. Kennedy Road Description: Modification of a planned unit layout for building height and signage regulations. 2. Traditional rezoning Applicant: Horizon Development Location: End of Wolff Road (north part of parcel 1020376004) Description: Rezoning of the LI light industrial zoning district with conditions to the OR-Office residential zoning district to allow for multi-family residential development. 3. Modification of the quasi-judicial text Applicant: City of Dubuque Description: Amend section 16-15-13 of the Unified Development Code on Signs in Historic Districts to allow signs in residential areas.
